still unimpressive

It’s been a while hasn’t it? Yes it has. Why has it been so long? Well simple because my server crashed and I’ve been so busy recently I’ve had absolutely no time to get my blog working. But a computer geek without his blog is a sad thing and I have now realized how much I need my blog! So tonight I took a little time and imported most of the old posts and got my shiny new WordPress blog working.

I’m sorry b2evolution. I loved you guys. But the spam… the spam was crippling. WordPress just has much more support and so many more skins. It’s indescribable how much better it is. No more bugs. No more spam. No more shit. Just pure blog. I love WordPress.

Well anyways here I am. I’m not dead. I’m still alive and I’m still programming. NetHue is down… probably forever. Bluug is up, but it’s completely empty so far. And that is an overview of everything that is going on. Now on to my day. Before that I must say I’d tell you about the many (30 give or take) days since my last post, and there were some quality posts, but they’re all lost. So heres the story, the old host (Acunett) sold my account to eMaxhosting. Ok ok, thats fine happens a lot. However in the process 2/4 of my accounts were deleted. No, no, no, that is not ok. Here’s the kicker - after that transaction they got the server back because eMax pissed of the Acunett guys by not working the billing system out. Ok 2/4 of my sites are still down. Not to be seen again. Also since I thought I was a member of eMax then I had already registered and account with them. Whatever basically I give up on Acunett and am now a dedicated eMax user. This also means I now have 80 gigs of bandwidth at my disposal so no more PutFile and no more 403 Bandwidth Limit Exceeded folks. Happy Thanksgiving.

OK now to the part about my day, here is a excerpt from an AIM conversation with Katie:

Obviously I have very crappy typing and spelling abilities, but thats ok, AIM will balance it out with it’s crappy interface and security.
